In these terms "we" and "us" mean Dr. Hugi, and "you" means anyone who uses this website or signs up for our text messages. By using this website you agree to these terms. Text messages
What you are signing up for. When you tick the text message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Dr. Hugi (Hugueth Contreras) at the mobile number you gave us. These messages are about your inquiry, appointment reminders, and occasional educational tips and offers.
How often. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no more text messages from us unless you sign up again. You can also ask us to stop by emailing or calling us using the details below.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hugi@acceleratedwealthventures.com or 754 400 1560.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number. Please only sign up with a mobile number that is yours. If you change or give up that number, reply STOP first so the new owner does not receive our messages.
Your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
